Where do I even start... oh I know!!!
OMG Cole is amazing!!!!! I have no freaking clue why I like him so much... maybe the amazing combat moves. have you seen? Riddik? that movie Vin Diesel did some years ago? Remember the attitud, when he was fighting or running or well breathing?. YUP Cole is just like that. Fearless, strong, Sexy, protective,dark and dangerous all in one amazingly HAWT package.
Alice is an amazing girl, she is pretty blue cause all her family died in an accident and that night her life changed in more way than one.
She started seeing strange things, unexisting things... Zombies, Yikes!!!
She started living with her grandparents, who by far are the coolest elderly couple I´ve ever read about, they have the funniest lines ever; she changes school and thats where she meets a whole new world inside her own.
What I really liked about this book?
Well the Zombies are freaking perfect, they are not your regular resident evil zombies, no sir, Zombies are an evil spirit form that eats your soul, and infest you from the inside out, it´s a super fresh intake on zombies and I really loved it.
The plot was amazing, the chemistry sizzling, the characters lovable and endering, even the bad ones are memorable.
The only thing I was a little dissapointed about was that I expected more telltale signs of Lewis Carrol Book, maybe I didn´t see them, maybe they´re actually not there, but I just found a couple of reference to the Cheshire Cat and the whole rabbit whole thing I got too, but other than that...
I know it´s not fair to rate a book based on expectations but due to the cover, the name of the book and the blurb, I was expecting more. Will I keep reading this series??
Hell yeah I love it, but next time I will go in knowing what´s about so maybe next book will be a 5 stars who knows.
